We had a really lovely drive with little traffic which is amazing for a Saturday with such beautiful weather. As we had time to spare we stopped in Vernon at Dollarama for Canadian Flags. Back on the road and the trip has begun!
Next stop was "Timmy's" in Sicamous where we for some reason did attract some attention and questions about who we were and what we were doing. The drive to Revelstoke was uneventful and relaxing (which we both needed) and we stopped for a photo op at Crazy Creek as the waterfall was really raging with spring run-off. It reminds us of just how beautiful British Columbia is as we drive through the valleys surrounded by fir trees and mountains and yes, snow. There is still quite a bit of snow up at the tops of the mountains. Considering it snowed this week in Newfoundland and New Brunswick, we are not complaining in our t-shirts. (or is it tee-shirts?)
